Happy Friday! Let’s Surge!
I’ve been running a lot again lately. I’m getting ready for another marathon in October, and I’m really going after it this time. I love to run in the mornings…see the sunrise while the world still sleeps…it’s my personal time with the universe…my zen. Sometimes when I run, I like to listen to some uplifting progressive trance that just surges me around the neighborhood. Makes me smile…so today on this wonderful Friday, let’s break free and flow.

I feel kinda goofy for posting back-to-back new songs by The National…but I’m getting really hyped about their new album, Trouble Will Find Me, which hits the street on May 21st. So we have a little under two months until the latest National album, Trouble Will Find Me, hits the street (May 21st), and I’m getting anxious. I adore The National and if I could have sex with anyone’s voice, it would be Matt Berninger’s voice…his…his voice is pure moonlight.
